Advo Sdn Bhd was conceived in April 2010 with the adventurous vision to bring forth the concept of Total Balanced Education to the youths of today to become the leaders of tomorrow by advocating all rounded learning, yet keeping attuned with all aspects of living by applying Total Balance to achieve an all-rounded and fulfilled life and be equipped with courage and confidence to face the challenges and excel in the dynamic arena of the 21st century.
The team is constantly creating new learning strategies to help students learn better and faster. Attending both Western and Asian motivational and educational workshops, we are fusing the creativity aspect of the Western education with the disciplined learning culture of the Eastern world to create lasting results in students not just for a spark of moment but in the long run to be independent in learning.

THE ADVO TEAM
Jacky Sow, an engineer and technical department manager with one of the four biggest medical groups in Malaysia before founding Advo Sdn Bhd in June 2010 to spearhead the new concept in education and training. He got to know Advocators Education from a cousin in Singapore and found a totally different education system in Advocators. He further realised the importance of excellence not just academically but in life. Thus, Advo Sdn Bhd was incorporated to bring into the Malaysia the Advo academic system.
He graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from the Multimedia University and is currently taking his Masters in Business Administration in Nottingham Trent University (NTU). He has been sharing with many young students the secrets to achieve excellence consistently in results. He continues to guide students to grow in various aspects of life, imparting life skills and guiding principles to an enriching life.
Using the Concept Organization Strategies from Singapore, he further created a powerful One Page Per Chapter Power Concept Map for Science and Physics to assist students to organize and condense information for more effective learning. He continues to research innovatively to make learning simple and fun for students. Currently, he is the Director for Advo Sdn Bhd.
Disney Chen graduated with a Bachelors degree in Accounting before co-founding Advocators Educations Malaysia. Her passion to educate and coach students has led her to actively search for new training method. To her, a successful coach is one who walked her talk. She gains strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which she really stop to look fear in the face.
During her secondary school, she had never passed her mathematics. Realising that she could not continue that way, and that she must do something different if she wanted something she had never had in her life, she changed her attitude and approach towards mathematics. In the end, she surprised everyone, including her teacher, when she scored an ‘A’ in her UEC exam!
Disney Chen aspires to become the Top Math coach in Malaysia and plans to open an international kindergarten in the next five year.
Boon Kiat, BK, graduated with a Bachelor Applied Science (Computer Engineering) from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and was a Business Development Consultant in the Philippines and China with a marketing company before founding and authoring the website, Symphony of Love. As an avid writer on Love, Peace and Inspiration, he aspires to bring peace in the world through his words.
Since 2006, he has been an invited facilitator and trainer with Advocators Education Private Limited in Singapore. In June 2010, BK joined Advo Sdn Bhd as part of the core team from Singapore to oversee the business system transfer from Advocators Singapore. With a strong passion to coach and to create a difference in the lives of others, he continues to coach and mentor students to help them excel academically and in life. He believes that the children of today will be the leader of tomorrow; when their characters are instilled with the right values, all issues today will be taken care of.
